CELTIC could lose one of their top young defensive prospects Liam Morrison to Hoffenheim it has emerged after former Celtic scout David Moss looks to be advising the youngster and his family on a move to Germany.

Moss is advising the 16-year-old on a way out of Celtic Park according to Sunsport.

Liam is highly regarded around Lennoxtown as one of Celtic’s best defensive prospects, and the club are desperate to keep him in Glasgow. However, the player has just turned 16 at the start of April and is yet to sign a professional deal with the bhoys.

This means Hoffenheim or any club could sign Liam for a modest fee with Celtic seeing nothing for their efforts to bring him on as a talent.

Celtic’s current youth scene is looking strong with Karamoko Dembele, Armstrong Oko-Flex and Ewan Henderson all coming through the ranks.

The Bhoys could still convince Liam to stay before any move goes through.
