The majority of Celtic fans got exactly what they wanted last weekend, two of their four strikers getting a start in a much more preferred 3-5-2 attacking formation.

Celtic face St. Mirren tonight in the SPFL and fans will be hoping for the same attacking team but is there any tweaks Lennon can make to improve the starting eleven? The question is based on the current squad and not losing anyone in the transfer window.

James Forrest playing on the left-wing is probably an easy enough place to start. I’m a big fan of Forrest and think he’s an easy target sometimes for criticism but on current form, I’d still keep Frimpong playing on the right-hand side. Elyounoussi’s form and attacking threat just can’t be left out of a Celtic team so Forrest would drop to the bench.

The back three is a no brainer, mainly because of a lack of choice but hopefully, Ajer, Jullien and Duffy progress into some impenetrable wall and the club can bring in some backup.

There is a healthy debate for the middle of the park. How hard is it to leave Christie, McGregor, Brown or Ntcham on the bench? With Rogic coming back into the mix Neil Lennon has a welcome headache. Who would you drop?

Upfront the Celtic boss finally has some really good options and hopefully after the transfer window closes those options are the same. With Leigh Griffiths back training someone is going to be left disappointed each game. That been said I’d feel happy enough to see any of our three strikers line up alongside French Eddy but on Ajeti’s form he can’t be dropped yet surely?

So for tonight’s game would you make any changes?
