There were so many takeaways from Celtic’s mauling of Hearts at the weekend that one moment of magic flew under the radar.

Celtic breezed past the league leaders in what was a comprehensive victory and a statement of intent by a rampant Rodgers side.

Goals from Edouard (2), Benkovic, Forrest and Christie completed the rout but it could have been a much bigger scoreline if it wasn’t for the Hearts goalkeeper and some last ditch defending.

Celtic have been in superb form of late and confidence is flowing – so much so Craig Gordon took the rise out of a Hearts player during the game.

The passage of play which has flown under the radar is Kieran Tierney’s little moment of magic.

With his back to play and two Hearts players around him, the left back managed to find a way out of the situation with a tremendous bit of skill his pal Patrick Roberts would be proud of.

Have a look.

This would have been highlighted more if Celtic had scored from this, however, Hearts briefly won the ball back before losing it again and with Celtic looking for the fifth they won a penalty seconds after Tierney’s magic moment.
