MORTIZ JENZ has claimed the fact Celtic left Poland with just one point instead of all three ‘hurts a little’.

The bhoys were by far the better team, but they couldn’t make their dominance count, especially in the second half.

Celtic missed chance after chance, missing a great opportunity to get three points on the board. It’s a weird position for Celtic fans who would ordinarily see one point away from home in the Champions League is a very credible result.

Ange Postecoglou’s men showed they belong in the Champions League for sure and it does speak to our good performance that we’re upset about not winning.

Jenz has been deputising at centre-back with Carl Starfelt currently out with an injury. The Swede isn’t expected back until next month.

Moritz did ok during the away game against Shakhtar, there were a couple of iffy moments where he managed to recover the situation.

Up next in the Champions league for Celtic is Leipzig away from home. Another performance like we saw on Wednesday and we could finally get a win. However, Leipzig’s performance against Real Madrid in Spain is a reminder the German’s will fancy their chances against the Scottish Champions.
