NEIL LENNON has come out and dispelled the rumours Kieran Tierney’s season is prematurely over.
The defender wasn’t in the match day squad on Wednesday night in paisley after Kieran limped off in the second half of the Glasgow Derby.
With the player’s injury history this season, it has meant some people have been floating the notion his season was over but the Irishman has come out on Celtic TV to rubbish the rumour.
“KT is fully fit, I don’t know where these stories came from that his season was over. It certainly didn’t come from me”
With regards to squad rotation and having key players back, the interim boss insisted there would be some changes but nothing wholesale as Celtic sit two wins away from the title.
“It might be a case of freshening up the side with a couple of changes.
Celtic take on Livingston at Celtic Park on Saturday with a win putting them in the brink of their 8th title.
The split fixtures are also due out later today.
