Ibrox player George Edmundson described the Glasgow Derby at the start of the month as ‘class’ when asked by journalists about being in and around the game. The player then quickly checked himself and said it would have been better if the result went the other way.

Edmundson would then go on to say he’s positive his club will get the right result next time at Celtic Park.

We have to agree with George, it was indeed ‘class’ and we’re not sure he or any of his teammates are in a position to send us warnings about future games.

Celtic were written off by the media before the game at Ibrox and it was a discussion about how many goals The Rangers would win by more than anything.

The bhoys put the blue half of Glasgow firmly back in their place. They really do talk a good game until they have to kick a round ball about a patch of grass.
