CELTIC FANS will make their way to Edinburgh on Sunday to watch their side play against Hearts for a place in the League Cup Final.

It’s an unfamiliar trip for the bhoys and an early kick off so it’s vital fans know the best way to get to the stadium from Glasgow on the day.

If you’re not going on a supporters bus this weekend and catching the train then this information is certainly for you.

ScotRail is upping their service on the day but have given some vital information for the travelling support on how best to get to and from Edinburgh on the day.

Nearest stations:

Dalmarnock: for Glasgow Central, Westbound Motherwell and Lanark

Bellgrove: Glasgow Queen Street, Airdrie, Cumbernauld and Edinburgh

To help everyone get where they want to be, we’ll have two queues in place at Dalmarnock station after the game.

If you’re heading in to the city centre, please join the queue on Swanston Street. If you’re going towards Motherwell or Lanark, you’ll need to use the queue at the front of the station.

Celtic fans have also been told that Murrayfield does not permit large bags/rucksacks and do not have a locker facility so make sure not to bring these if you usually do.
