An outstanding video of Celtic Park has emerged online but not as Celtic Park as we know it!

The video goes through the possible reconstruction of the family stand and what it could look like if the club upped it’s capacity to nearer 80k.

The video keeps the iconic entrance of Celtic Park but reimagines Paradise.

The thought of an 80k Celtic Park for a European night or a Glasgow Derby seems like a mouth watering prospect but in the smaller games the demand isn’t there. Even if the demand is there, it seems like a lot of fans don’t fill their season ticket seats on a regular basis.

While it would be great for 8-10 games a season, it wouldn’t be warranted. If Celtic were ever to join a more high profile league, there could certainly be a case for a revamp.

  1. Not happening, not viable just now, with far too many watching games for free on the interweb.
Just fleece the fans already there (and who wish they could afford a seat anytime)
The capacity goes up, the price should come down. For all fans.
    End of.
