KRISTOFFER AJER has paid tribute to Brendan Rodgers after winning his first full cap for Norway.
The player has come on leaps and bounds since last season and it’s been no accident.
Ajer spoke to the media after his winning start and told them of how Brendan Rodgers’ attention to detail has made him a better player.
“He (Brendan) is incredibly vigilant when it comes to his players. When I was on loan at Kilmarnock I often got feedback and went to our training centre to go through what I did in clips of matches.”
“He used to text me after matches about what I did well and what needed to be improved. The feedback Brendan Rodgers gave me was invaluable.”
“He demands 100 percent of his players every single day and when you are in such an environment where everyone will develop all the time, you improve yourself too.”
