NEIL LENNON gave a quick update on two of his player’s after both limped off during the win over Kilmarnock at the weekend.

Moritz Bauer and Christopher Jullien both had to come off in the second half as Celtic won 3-1 on Sunday afternoon to continue their unbeaten start to the domestic season.

Speaking after the game, the Celtic manager filled us in on both players with the Partick Thistle game on Wednesday.

“Moritz’s injury was trauma. He got a bang and twisted his ankle.” Neil Lennon told CelticTV.

“Chris felt it a little bit on his hamstring but we think he’ll be fine.”

Jullien also gave a follow up on social media on Sunday night to assure fans he was ok and ready to play on if he’s picked for the Partick game midweek or kept fresh for the Hibs game.

Celtic have a busy fixture list between now and Christmas and Neil Lennon may rest some of his stars for the League Cup match.
