The draw for the next round of the Champions League qualifiers was drawn this morning and if Celtic get past Reykjavik on Tuesday night then they will face either Legia Warszawa (POL) or Saint Patrick’s Athletic (IRL)

Celtic hold a 1-0 lead thanks to a late Callum McGregor goal in Iceland last Tuesday.

Ronny Deila and his men must now head to Murrayfield and ensure Celtic safe passage through to the next round.

This is the second season in a row Celtic have had to play 3 qualifiers to get to the group stages of the Champions League. Just managing to scrape past Shakhtar Karagandy at Celtic Park last August to make the Champions league proper. Something the new manager doesn’t agree with but due to the Scottish coefficient, Celtic must jump through hoops to be among the big boys.

With Legia and St Pats drawing 1-1 in there game this week, we will have to wait to see if it’s a short trip to Ireland or a trip to Artur Boruc’s old stomping ground.
