ISMAILIA SORO has been Celtic bound for quite some time now but the player is yet to land in Glasgow to complete the deal.
Soro, 21, has said his goodbyes at his current club Bnei Yehuda but his current employers confirmed to SunSport he was still in Israel last night as he awaits a work permit to make the £2m switch.
One thing which has been touted is a medical being done in Israel ahead of his arrival in Glasgow to speed up the process. This would allow Celtic to bring him in and get him signed up very quickly. However, the rigorous nature of Celtic’s medical tests might stop that from happening elsewhere.
Soro has been on Instagram as of late, confirming to some of the Celtic support that he was on his way. It’s a matter of ‘when’ not ‘if’ at this stage for the player.
Supporters will be delighted when this one gets over the line.
