CELTIC have tonight confirmed the second SPFL derby of the season will take place on the 29th December at Ibrox with a 12:30 KO.

With the fixture falling on the weekend between Christmas and New Year there was some ambiguity on what day it would get played with Sky Sports having the final call.

This means four days after Christmas the bhoys head to the bad side of town to hopefully continue their derby dominance.

Brendan Rodgers has enjoyed great success at Ibrox in recent years.

Last time out Celtic went down to 10 men at 2-2 but still came away with the victory after some magic from French Eddy.

There will be only 800 briefs available for Celtic fans at Ibrox after the Gers board unceremoniously cut the away allocation.

The visual of the whole Broomloan Road end being occupied by partying Celtic fans was too much to handle for some.

800 will do.

  1. 800 to many
Tell the beggars to shove their tickets
Our fans safety is the important thing
Drunken drug addics with knives in a shithole full of sectarian bigots is not were any decent football fan should spend any time over the Christmas season
    Hail Hail

  2. Where is the great SFA or League masters in all this sectarian open plan.

It seems to me and millions of football fans across the world that the mis- management of Rangers FC can now stop the opponents from having a following % of their registered members from attending an away game at the whim of the host FC. Surrey this has to be totally against the spirit of the game if not human rights. Wake up Scotland our nation is being torn apart by such childish behaviour. Wonder what the new manger really thinks about this?

  3. i suggest dont bother with taking any tickets, let it be full of cream buns watching their team get slaughtered and see how many of those so called fans remain until the end of the 90
