REPORTS claim Celtic are about to let their £1.5million January 2018 signing, Jack Hendry go out on-loan this month to get game time after falling out of favour at Parkhead.
Hendry has played fourteen times for Celtic this term in all competitions but has only made 3 SPFL appearances when there has been injuries to key defenders.
Since coming in from Dundee, the player has performed to the standard needed to hold down a place in the side.
Brendan Rodgers told Celtic fans Hendry was more of a project and we should be patient with the defender.
With the player on the periphery of the first team squad, it now looks like Celtic may let the player go out to get more valuable experience.
According to MailSport, Sunderland are keen to bring the Scottish defender in for the rest of the season.
The League One outfit who are managed by former St Mirren boss Jack Ross are looking for reinforcements in the January window.
