Professor Jason Leitch has told Clyde One there will be no reprieve for Ryan Christie even though he followed all the protocols to prevent catching the virus from his teammate.
Both Ryan Christie and Keira Tierney are upset after they’ve been forced to self isolate because Stuart Armstrong has tested positive.
Celtic claimed last night they would seek advice on Christie’s case because the player continues to return negative for Covid and will be tested at least three more times before the derby.
Leitch, whose bedside manner is lacking when it comes to media as he shouts down the mic says Christie and Tierney are subject to the same rules as anyone else – even though they are tested regularly in their football bubble.

The rules are there for everyone’s protections, of course. However, if Ryan continues to test negative for the next two weeks, it seems like a fugitive exercise.
