Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart showed a touch of class in the warm-up prior to the Hoops 3-0 victory over Ross County, paying tribute to club great John Thomson.

Last week was the 90th anniversary of Thomson”s death, which sadly saw the goalkeeper lose his life due to a collision with a Rangers player at Ibrox.

During the warm-up of yesterday’s fixture, Hart was spotted wearing a black training top with the name and number of ‘Thomson – 90’ on the back.

This showed a true touch of class from the Englishman who has made a big impact since joining the club.

Not only on the field, but you can tell from these sort of things Hart just gets what it means to be a Celtic player.

The shot-stopper then went on to play a big part in the game, with an incredible stop to keep the Hoops 1-0 up at the time, before going on to add a second in the game.
