Former Celtic midfielder Joe Ledley posted a late night rallying cry for a Celtic win on Sunday afternoon as the bhoys make the short trip to Ibrox.

Joe has played in his fair share of derbies and has been on the winning side at Ibrox in the past.

Many will remember the Welshman’s game winning header at Celtic Park over ten years ago at this point.

Now a Celtic fan, the former Welsh international is along fir the ride like the rest of us.

Celtic go into the game knowing they could put real distance between themselves and the home side with a victory.

We need strong heads and players ready to stand up and be counted.

Joe will know more than most what the bhoys will be thinking ahead of this game and what awaits them at Ibrox.

Ange Postecoglou will have the bhoys prepared as much as humanly possible for what’s to come. Celtic were not expected to provide a credible title challenge this season due to the disarray the club was in at the beginning of the season.

Even our early season form suggested we’d be miles off the pace come the end of the season. We sit seven games out with the chance of winning the title still very much a reality.

Let’s hope Ledley get’s his wish!
