Celtic midfielder Stefan johansen didn’t have the best of seasons last term. The former player of the year was struggling with injuries and a severe loss of form.

Reportedly, Stefan hasn’t been enjoying his time in Glasgow all that much lately and since the departure of mentor Ronny Deila he’s now looking to a future without Celtic.

It has emerged in the past few days that Turkish side Galatasaray are in talks to sign the Norweigan, with Celtic open to letting the player go but ONLY if the price is right.

However, Celtic don’t hold all the cards and know the midfielder can speak to clubs in January and sign on a bosman if they don’t sell him this summer.

It will be interesting to see how the club plays this but with Stefan looking very unlikely to sign a new deal we fully excpect him to move on.

UPDATE: We understand talks are an advanced stage and Stefan will sign for Galatasaray in the coming days.
