John Collins has been confirmed as Ronny Deila’s number 2 for the new season.
Collins told the Celtic website:
“It is a huge honour for me to return to Celtic, the Club which has always been such a major part of my life.
John Collins will be a great asset to Ronny as he prepares to settle into the Parkhead hot seat and he is delighted to have John on board –
“I am delighted to appoint John to the position of Assistant Manager. I have had a number of meetings with John, I can see what the Club means to him and I can see the qualities that he will bring to Celtic. “
Next season is starting to take shape and with the SPFL fixtures out tomorrow followed by the Champions League qualifying draw in the coming weeks it is all go as Celtic Park.
