Celtic have had another beautiful Sunday, but only just. It was two Glasgow teams up against two Dundee teams today in the Cinch Premiership. The Ibrox team travelled to Tannadice to face Dundee United in the early kickoff while Celtic played Dundee at the later time of 3 pm at home.

The Hoops were gifted an opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the table from one point to three after the Ibrox side could only register a 1-1 result with their goal coming late. John Hartson didn’t miss the chance to have a dig either.

So then it was over to the Celtic game, top versus bottom, surely an easy home win? No chance. In pure Celtic fashion, the fans got dragged over the coals and had to wait until the full-time whistle before being able to breathe easily again.

Dundee took the lead from out of nowhere after 25 minutes before a Giakoumakis brace sent the Bhoys down the tunnel with a 2-1 lead. Dundee scoring after the break was once again completely against the run of play and it looked like been one of those afternoons at Paradise until the big Greek striker popped up on the 87th minute to give Celtic all three points and a three-point gap at the top of the table.

We can’t wait to see what Hartson has to say about that.
