CELTIC are still looking to bring players in before Monday’s deadline but according to reports they are also looking to offload a similar amount.

RecordSport have revealed the club are looking to get rid of some fringe players before all is said and done and there will likely be movement should the club be successful with incomings.

One player who has taken us by surprise in the report is Jonny Hayes. The player hasn’t had much of a say this term so far but he was relied upon by Neil Lennon last season and even started the Scottish Cup Final.

Hayes has been utilised as a left-back more often than not and if the club manages to bring in another player in that position then it would make sense to move Jonny on.

Another man spoken about in the report is Anthony Ralston. This would make more sense if Anthony left on a loan or even permanently. With the player fully fit and Celtic shirt on right-backs he was still not preferred to start. Neil Lennon playing people out of position rather than fielding Ralston.
