CELTIC could be without their first choice right-back for the title run-in after Josip Juranovic sustained a hamstring injury during the semi-final defeat at Hampden.

Football Scotland report Josip will miss up to four our of the remaining five games this season.

The Croatian has been a big part of Celtic’s success this season and to lose him at such a vital stage is a blow to Ange Postecoglou.

Anthony Ralston will likely be drafted in to fill the gap at right-back. Celtic will hope the defender can capture the early season form that won him a new Celtic deal.

Anthony had to go to left back during the semi-final defeat at Hampden and didn’t have a good afternoon.

Celtic have had to deal with a lot of injuries this season and just as it looked like we had a clean bill of health for the run-in, this happens.

Ange will still be confident in his team’s ability and the bhoys know the score, three wins from their last five games will be enough to secure them the title.

Celtic take on Ross County this Sunday in Dingwall where they could take a huge step towards the title. It’s a stadium where Anthony Ralston popped up with a very late winner and became the hero for Celtic.

His return to the starting XI at Ross County seems like fate in a way.

County have not lost at home since the Celtic defeat and have managed 4 draws and 3 wins since then that’s propelled them to the top half of the table.

It’s going to be a battle on Sunday and the bhoys need to be up for the challenge.
