JOSIP JURANOVIC is starting again for Croatia on Friday afternoon, with Brazil standing in the way of a quarter-final place.
It’ll be the third time in as many months that Juranovic faces Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jnr, who’s set to start on the left for Brazil. Josip will have a tough task on his hand as he tried to keep the Brazilian left-side quiet, with many talents on the country’s wings.

Croatia had to get by Japan to get to this stage, while Brazil won 4-1 against South Korea in the round of 16.
It’ll be a great match, but Brazil has to be the favourite to progress to the next round of the competition. The country has played some top-quality football throughout the tournament and is set to put in another top performance this round.
Croatia got past this round in 2018; they’ll be hoping to do the same this year. If Josip Juranovic and his fellow countrymen win against Brazil, they’ll play either Argentina or the Netherlands.
