ANGE POSTECOGLOU has confirmed that Celtic trio Hatate, Jota and Abada all trained this week and are available for selection this weekend.

2nd April 2023; Victoria Park, Dingwall, Scotland: Scottish Premiership Football, Ross County versus Celtic; Joao Pedro Neves Filipe Jota of Celtic celebrates after he scores from the penalty spot to make it 1-0 to Celtic in the 50th minute of the first half

The group were doubts heading into the game, but Ange Postecoglou had given the Celtic fans some hope when he announced midweek that the three were back ion training. He confirmed to CeltsAreHere.com on Friday that they had all gotten through the week unscathed and are looking forward to the encounter at Hampden.

He told the site at the pre-match press conference:

“Abada, Jota and Reo have trained all week so they’re available.”

The three players have the ability to change the match, whether they start or come on from off the bench.

You’d imagine Jota is the most likely to start out of the bunch, only sidelines for a couple of weeks, whereas Reo Hatate and Liel Abada have faced about six weeks in the stands.

Ange will have a plan in his mind, and as we’ve learned before, he’s not afraid to throw players into the deep end in big matches.
