Celtic players will walk out to a sold-out Celtic Park today as Ross County visit the league leaders in the Cinch Premiership. Celtic can go six points clear today with a win as the second-placed team does not play until tomorrow.
Celtic have won each of their last seven home league games against Ross County without conceding a single goal in any of them since a 1-1 draw in April 2016 under Ronny Deila.
The Hoops have also won each of their last eight home league matches and last enjoyed a longer home league winning run from April to December 2019 (run of 12).
David Turnbull is available for the visit of Ross County following a three-month lay-off with a hamstring tear. Jota and Liel Abada are back after missing Monday’s win over Dundee United but another winger, James Forrest, misses out with a minor muscle issue.
Kyogo Furuhashi remains Celtic’s only long term injury causality now but he was pictured training on his own during the week.
Ross County have already proven to be sticky opposition for the Celts this season, a late late Anthony Ralston winner was needed from a ten-man Celtic team the last time the sides met in Dingwall.
With the teams just released officially, this is how Celtic line up today:
