Celtic have had some fantastic news today with Moi Elyounoussi signing up for a potential ten in a row and JD Sports becoming a large retail partner with the club.
However, the noise coming out of Southampton tonight is the Fraser Forster deal looks problematic to put it lightly.
Moi’s deal was done so quickly and efficiently there was hope Fraser’s deal could be in the offing but this open appears to be more complicated and after talks today between Fraser and Southampton, the deal to take him back to Celtic isn’t happening.
From what I hear, and as things stand, Fraser Forster to Celtic ain’t happening. Keeper held talks with Southampton today. Issue over permanent/loan deal a factor.

Fraser has got two years left on his deal at St Mary’s and it’s a hefty pay packet. The negotiations to take him to Celtic Park on any sort of deal would take a large outlay from Celtic. Will they go above and beyond or is STV reporter Raman hearing correctly.
If Southampton want Fraser off the wage bill but are holding on hope of another club paying up for him, this could go down to the wire.
