Since Tuesday many Celtic fans have been buzzing about the prospect of Karamoko Dembele making it into the Celtic first team.

It seems inevitable we will see the player strut his stuff at Celtic Park in a couple of years time BUT what isn’t certain is his international career.

The talented midfielder is subject of a tug of war between the Scottish and English FA who have both called Dembele up to their undersides over the past couple of years.

Karamoko is eligible for both Scotland and England and will not have to make his final decision until he turns professional.

With that in mind, England have called the Celtic youth star up to the Under 16 side for the prestigious Val de Marne tournament.

The tournament which takes place in Paris will pit England up against Austria, France and Japan and will be a good test of Karamoko’s skills.

It’s been a great week for the midfielder since he bagged his first reserve goal on his developmental debut.
