Across this season, it is fair to say that we have learned a lot about Ange in a short space of time. Including that he won’t take any backlash or get caught out by the media.

In the aftermath of last night’s comfortable 2-0 win over St Mirren, that was no different from the 56-year old.

Postecoglou was asked about his side’s performance after the game by BBC Scotland’s Kenny MacIntyre, who claimed the performance was a ‘hard watch at times’, which you can see Ange certainly disagreed with, in the clip below.

The pundit and self-confessed Rangers fan responded on social media, stating why he asked Ange this question, giving his thoughts on the Hoops performance.

There have been very few games this campaign where Ange Postecoglou’s side have underperformed. But, in my opinion, last night’s game was certainly not one of them.

Cameron Carter Vickers and Callum McGregor grabbed two second-half goals to secure all three points and maintain the Hoops lead at the top of the league, which I am sure wasn’t to everyone’s liking after the game.

As always, it was brilliant to see Ange stick up for his side in the media after the match in what was a comfortable win at Parkhead for the Bhoys.

  1. Dont know what game you were watching but first half was dire and as for “comfortable win”?
Yeah once we scored maybe but 1st half we held almost constant possession but showed no imagination in trying to break down a stubborn defence.
If Ange also thinks it was a good performance then I really do worry
