JAMES FORREST has spoken for the whole Celtic dressing room on Monday afternoon when he made his feelings on Kieran Tierney’s transfer situation known.

Asked what the bhoys were thinking about a potential deal, the winger who has also come through the ranks at Celtic Park said told the media nobody wants to lose Kieran.

Speaking to CelticTV, the midfielder said:

“It’s dragged on, obviously for a good few months, and I don’t think anyone in the squad really knows what’s going to happen.

“Obviously, you ask any player here and we all want him to stay.

“He’s been such an important player the past couple of years and he will be a big player, if he stays, to come back for us.”

Kieran has been linked with a move to Arsenal all summer and while the rumours have always raged on, there has only ever been two confirmed bids from the London club.

Both bids were thrown out by Celtic and they’ve let it be known at what price they’ll move.

With the English transfer window closing on Thursday it’s put up or shut up time for Arsenal. As we publish this article we have just 72 hours left of this years EPL window to go.
