CELTIC are in the Europa League group stage draw on Friday morning with the Scottish Champions being placed in Pot 2.

Neil Lennon made easy work of AIK, beating them 6-1 on aggregate with a very impressive away display in Sweden.

It’s now onto who we could potentially get in the draw and the biggest thing we can throw up as something as potential box office is Celtic being drawn with Arsenal in what would be a very quick return to Celtic Park for Kieran Tierney.

The teams in pot 1 are all good teams and Celtic being in pot 2 means they will avoid teams like Monchengladbach, PSV and Frankfurt. Pot 3 and 4 have interesting teams. Technically Celtic could land both familiar foes of Rosenborg and Cluj in the same group.

The club could also come up against Wolves.

It’s going to be an interesting day on Friday. The draw takes place at 11am UK time and keep an eye out on our social media pages for where you can watch it.
