Life after Lennon begins today but with an interim boss in place for the last eight games of the season. Who the next Celtic manager will be is anybody’s guess and what John Kennedy’s role at Celtic will be after this season is also up in the air.

Celtic are unbeaten against Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership (P9 W7 D2) since losing 0-1 in May 2018.

Aberdeen have lost 28 of their last 30 visits to Paradise in league competition (W1 D1), although have avoided defeat in two of their last five such trips (W1 D1 L3). The Hoops haven’t lost back-to-back league games since March 2013; they lost their last such match 0-1 at Ross County.

Celtic only played Aberdeen a week ago and came out of the game with an unconvincing 1-0 performance so it should be easy to identify any shift in today’s team or performance levels.

This is the Celtic team for today’s clash.

JK is clearly looking to put some of his own ideas into the remaining games of the season as he brings in Klimala to pair up with Eddy. Laxalt also gets back into the starting eleven after been pushed out by Taylor.

Scott Brown holds is spot down with Soro still on the bench. Kick-off is at 3pm.
