I think the easiest way for this to be cleared up, would be if the panel could show us where his hands/arms would have had to be for this not to be a penalty.
The shouts are always unnatural positions, enlarging the silhouette etc etc. His arms arm clearly tucked in, and he could not have made himself any smaller.
I dont think there is biased in this country despite what the majority of most fans feel, I just think the overall standard is that poor.
Im sure if anybody was to rematch that match, they could pick out multiple decisions for either side that are shocking.
