Kyogo Furuhashi took to social media on Sunday afternoon after helping Celtic to a 2-1 victory against Aberdeen.
The Japanese striker is set to head out to play for his country after an early comeback from injury this week, before he did, he got on the scoresheet again for the bhoys.
Kyogo has been a revelation since coming in from Vissel Kobe. The only disappointment fans have had is the injury the frontman picked up on international duty last month.
We’re left feeling Ange and the team could have got more points on the board if Kyogo was fit over the past month.
He’s back now and we have to hope he stays fit playing for Japan. One of his games will be against Australia, Ange will be hoping for a win for the Socceroos but hoping they go easy on his star striker.
Kyogo’s attitude and demeanour on the pitch is infectious and it’s why has already become a major fan favourite.
Long may his goalscoring form continue. If we have Kyogo in the side, we always have a chance.
