KYOGO FURUHASHI returned to the scoresheet on Tuesday afternoon with a second-half goal against Ferencvaros.

Jota set up the Japanese international with a lovely ball through the defence. Kyogo found himself one on one with the goalkeeper and placed it under the keeper’s right-hand side to give the Hoops the lead.

Kyogo is already a fan favourite scoring the ninth goal of his Celtic career today. Fans were left amazed by his instant impact and the striker shows no signs of slowing down.

The Japanese text translated to English reads – Thank you for your support from Japan! I’m glad I got a valuable victory in the Europa League! By connecting this momentum, we will continue to win league games and cup games!

Kyogo has attracted a lot of interest from Japan resulting in the club opening a Japanese Twitter account.

Aged 26, hopefully, Kyogo can give Celtic fans more European nights to remember.

He certainly has the talent and all the attributes.
