Celtic striker Kyogo Furuhashi has been handed the best goal of the Europa League group stage for his strike in the 2-0 win over Ferencvaros on matchday 3.

The goal definitely deserves to receive an award of this kind, with an inch-perfect pass and finish to open the scoring in a crucial game against the Hungarian champions.

The Japanese frontman picked up a long pass played by Jota, taking a flawless first touch to set himself before finishing the move off with a tidy finish past the on-looking goalkeeper.

This fixture really seemed to have helped create a closer bond between Kyogo and Jota after a goal like that, with both players proving to be crucial under Ange Postecoglou this campaign.

Of course, the two are currently missing through injury. But I am sure Ange and the whole Celtic support will be wishing for a swift return as soon as possible with some crucial domestic fixtures on the horizon.

For now, though, they can enjoy receiving this award as much as Celtic fans enjoy watching it.
