KYOGO FURUHASHI will feature on Sunday, but Postecoglou has warned that the Japanese striker is not yet fully fit. The Celtic boss revealed that Celtic’s Hampden hero wouldn’t be able to play the entire match on Sunday.

Taking to Instagram, Kyogo sent a message directly to the fans. He posted an image of him in training with the message “Jumping into the weekend”.

Hopefully, the Celtic striker can influence the game as he did during his last run out at Hampden when he scored a brace to win the Hoops the League Cup.

Postecoglou has confirmed that Giakoumakis is out for this game, meaning Kyogo’s chances of starting have increased. Maeda is Celtic’s other option to play through the middle, meaning Jota could return to the left and Abada play on the right.

After months out, fans are desperate to see Kyogo hit the back of the net again. There’s no better time to do this than at Hampden against The Rangers in a Scottish Cup semi-final.
