MOUSSA DEMBELE was lambasted for his social media presence in the run up to his Celtic Park exit as he was very vocal into trying to push through a move to Lyon.
One of his tweets has been resurrected by Celtic fans trying to digest the news this morning that Brendan Rodgers is set to walk out on the club before the season is finished.
Moussa insinuated he had love and respect for the club but the man holding him “hostage” at the time didn’t really care about the club.
Don't get it wrong Bhoys and Ghirls nothing to do with people who really care about the club @CelticFC ?too much love and respect for you and the crest #CarefulWhoYouCallTheLeaderOfYours pic.twitter.com/3FR1YoJLHr

Many people on social media are losing their minds harking back to this and suggesting Moussa was talking about Brendan Rodgers.
It was summer of discontent at the club with signings not going the way Rodgers wanted and the Moussa departure was a massive blow.
We are still to await confirmation about Brendan Rodgers decision, but given the people close to both clubs believe this deal is happening, there is very little hope he’s staying on.
