NEIL LENNON has told Celtic fans it’s touch and go with Edouard for the cup final on Sunday with the striker NOT training on Thursday in a bid to manage his injury.

The Frenchman has missed three games in a row now with a niggling injury and the bhoys have managed nine goals without him in the side BUT going into the cup final with no striker would be a big blow.

Speaking after Celtic’s dramatic late win, Neil Lennon reveal three of his injured stars will train.

“Jonny, Moi and Boli. They’ll train tomorrow.  We’ve been monitoring Odsonne day to day and we’re give him every chance.” Lennon told RecordSport.

“Well he’s not training tomorrow, he’s going to do some work with the physios and we’ll take it from there.”

Odsonne Edouard has been a constant thorn in the Ibrox club’s side since joining Celtic and if there’s a way of getting him fit to play, the Celtic physios will be doing their best.

Neil Lennon started Elhamed at Ibrox back in September when the player hadn’t trained for ten days prior to that. We’ll not know for sure what’s happening until the team line up comes out on Sunday.
