Celtic have been handed a Saturday night trip to Tynecastle next month.
It comes after the SPFL recently announced several changes to the upcoming fixture schedule in Scotland’s top flight.
The match, which takes place on Saturday November 23rd, was initially set for a traditional 3pm kick-off.
Due to rugby at Murrayfield and TV scheduling, however, the action will now commence at 7.45pm.
The rescheduling of this usually tasty tie adds another feisty dynamic to it.
Last term, Celtic enjoyed contrasting fortunes in Gorgie.
They won 4-1 near the start of the season, but amidst some poor officiating decisions, they lost 2-0 in the capital in March.
Brendan Rodgers will hope his side’s current Premiership run is still going by the time they head through to Edinburgh at the end of November.
The Hoops have been formidable this term, winning all of their league games so far and failing to concede any goals along the way.
Their solidity at the back has been matched by some entrancing attacking play.
The champions look like a force to be reckoned with and are truly kicking into gear under Rodgers.
Seeing how they cope in their most difficult test of the campaign so far in Dortmund tonight should be intriguing.
