KIERAN TIERNEY has posted a snap of himself and his former Celtic coach John Kennedy with the pair appearing to be at an event together.
John has worked his way through the ranks as a coach at Celtic and will have worked with Kieran in the youth team as well as the first team. Tierney shared the snap with his Instagram followers.
Both lads came up through the Celtic youth system at different times and have a deep affinity for the club.
Kieran cut his ties with Celtic by joining Arsenal in August – smashing Celtic’s record transfer fee. Since then, the defender has acknowledged his Celtic roots buts openly admits he will not win over every Celtic supporter after his decision to leave the club before ten in a row.
Kieran is a treble treble winner and will go down in history as part of that side.
As his Arsenal career starts to heat up, the lad will always be a Celt.
