LEIGH GRIFFITHS absolutely smashed it on Clyde SSB on Wednesday night. It seems every time a Celtic player or staff member comes on the show they have to ask about the validity of Celtic’s title. At this point, it should be straight forward but again it was asked but Leigh wasn’t playing ball.
The Celtic striker branded anyone who believes Celtic didn’t deserve the title as ‘deluded’ – a veiled dig at Alex Rae who regularly bleats on about it during the show.
Leigh was then asked about ten in a row and there was excitement in his voice as he spoke about trying to make history with his teammates. He branded next season the biggest in Celtic’s history and it will happen or at least start with supporters not allowed into Celtic Park.

Leigh was enjoying a fantastic second half to the season when it was cut short. The striker found a new lease of life under Neil Lennon and partnering with Odsonne Edouard.
Hopefully, both can do their stuff next season.
