REPORTS on Monday night were linking Celtic to the singing of Iraqi left-back Mohanad Jeahze. SunSport, who published the report, also claimed that Postecoglou wants to move Boli Bolingoli on.
Of course, the left-back was supposed to be playing in Russia, but issues with his visa meant he was sent back to Celtic prematurely.
Bolingoli was brought in by Lennon at the same time Taylor was. The pair had to battle it out for a starting spot. But after Bolingoli had travelled to a foreign country and failed to isolate upon his arrival back in the UK, he was an outcast in the Celtic squad.
He was later shipped off to Turkey before arriving back last summer. Featuring for Ange, he was then sent to Russia on loan in January, but as already mentioned, issues with the visa meant the move fell through.
His exit comes as no surprise to the Celtic support, and there will be likely to be plenty following in the Belgian’s footsteps.
