Celtic must fix their away record in the SPFL if they have any desire to still be top come the end of the season.

The away form stats make for terrible reading, so far Celtic have played 11, winning 4, losing 4 and drawing 3.

That’s 15 points out of a potential 33; it’s just not good enough.

The performance along with the result today will linger into the new year for Celtic fans because there was nothing on the day to suggest they were at Ibrox to win a match.

The team setup wasn’t there from Rodgers, and the aptitude from the players was non-existent.

Had it not been for Craig Gordon, the game would have beyond Celtic’s reach before the break.

The Bhoys will now take their yearly trip to Dubai for their winter training camp and will hopefully be adding some new faces to the fold to freshen things up.

Brendan Rodgers knows the performance today was unacceptable, and he will expect and demand a reaction from the side come January.

  1. Your comment about Craig Gordon is beyond belief.
He makes so many errors, that his camera saves are no bloody use to us. He is a nightmare and the defence has no confidence in him at all. He should not be number 3 never mind number 1.
