Shane Duffy scored the all important second goal for Celtic against Kilmarnock on Sunday afternoon to grab all three points for the home side on the day.
It’s been a tough transition for the Irishman who found himself out of the team for a month after a poor start to his Celtic career.
Speaking after the game, the towering defender cut a very vulnerable figure as he spoke about the behind the scenes struggles since coming to the club and his determination to succeed at Celtic.

It’s a man who clearly cares about what’s going on and his hope he can make a real difference before the season is over.
We as fans rarely see the human side of what’s going on around our football team and the players. We think of them as robots with no feelings or emotions at times, I’m guilty of that too.
As supporters, we hate to see people not caring, if you give 100% and it doesn’t go your way then so be it but if you don’t give us your all, we will be quick to tell you about it.
These fans were quick to praise Shane for his openness after the weekend’s result.
