Celtic are in Hungary this evening for their tie against Ferencvaros in the Europa League. The Hoops are looking to make it back to back wins against the Hungarian side in what will be a close-fought encounter.

There are some injury woes for Ange Postecoglou, and he can’t field his strongest XI because of it.

Here’s how we believe the manager will line up on the night.

  • Kyogo installed back into the starting XI
  • James Forrest first start since returning from injury
  • Bitton in for the injured Rogic with McGregor pushing further up the field
  • Welsh return to the starting XI with Starfelt out

This is the team we think Ange will go with rather than the one I would pick myself. Playing Juranovic at left back is hindering the Croatian’s progress at Celtic, in my opinion.

Ange needs to fins trust in another left-back other than Greg Taylor who is still out injured.

Celtic have enough about them to win the tie but we all know our away record can be sketchy and our propensity to grab defeat from the jaws of victory is something all too common.
