There have been reports overnight Martin O’Neill could be ready to call in a favour at Celtic to land one of our top prospects Lewis Morgan on-loan for the rest of the season.

Morgan has attracted interest from quite a few clubs with Hibernian and Aberdeen his most likely destinations. However, according to reports, the midfielder could join former Celtic and Ireland boss Martin O’Neill down south.

O’Neill has just taken the job at the club where he attained legendary status at in his playing days and is looking to reshape the team in order to improve his side for the second half of the season.

Could Lewis Morgan and Celtic give the new Forest manager a boost?

O’Neill spent five years at Celtic as manager, winning a treble and famously getting to the UEFA Cup final. The Irishman has gone down as one of the club’s great managers and is on good terms with current manager Brendan Rodgers. Maybe there’s a deal to be done…

  1. I’d rather he grow and learn under blessed Saint Martin that hun prick McInnes, and keep him away from that wanker Petrie at Hibs.
