MICHAEL STEWART has commented on Celtic’s result with Hearts tonight, branding the Champions elect as ‘Peerless’ following their thumping 5-0 win against his old side.
Stewart who has been kept off BBC channels recently because he called out Jim Traynor took to social media to put his opinion forward and he didn’t miss the mark.
The pundit tore into Hearts and Stendel for the defeat but rightly praised the bhoys.
He also made a claim Hearts wanted to do a deal to get Craig Gordon back to the club but Stendel wasn’t keen on the idea.
Celtic have three goalkeepers with Forster and Bain number 1 and 2 respectively leaving Gordon out in the cold but he stayed at Celtic in January and will run down his contract until the end of the season.
The Champions Celtic are in peerless form and Hearts can’t afford results that bad, psychologically as well as obviously points wise that is going to tough to take. The honeymoon for Stendel is well and truly over. For the Parkhead side they go from strength to strength.
