After a deal of £2.5 million was agreed between Charlotte FC and Boro, with significant add-ons, he has signed a three and a half year contract with the club.
The club’s Twitter account has had a cheeky dig at Celtic too, but while we are playing European football in a matter of weeks time, Middlesbrough is playing in the second tier of English football. I think I Know who gets the last laugh.
We've gone for the away kit celebration shot this time ??

Ange Postecoglou has previously worked with the player and would have liked to add him to his already talented squad, however, missing out on his signature will not be too tough to swallow.
At the end of the day, the player has chosen money over a quality football club that offers amazing opportunities he will most likely never be offered again.
Postecoglou has admitted there will no more signings this window but he will look to let some players leave the club. Some players are linked to loan moves which will enable the player to develop. It looks set to be a quiet end of January for Celtic.
