JAMES FORREST hopes to break his Glasgow Derby duck next weekend while enjoying his highest scoring season for the club.
The midfielder joked that sibling rivalry means he’ll be doing everything in his power to score against The Rangers after seeing his brother Alan Forrest score on two occasions against the Ibrox side.
‘He has told me that he scored against them twice now so hopefully I can peg him back,’ Forrest joked.
‘I would love to do that. It will be a hard game. They have being doing well since the break and it is always a tough game whenever we go to Ibrox. So we know it will be a hard game when it comes around.’
James has 16 goals in all competitions and has been in the form of his life this season under Brendan Rodgers.
The Scot is widely tipped to win Celtic’s player of the year – a goal at Ibrox would do those chances no harm.
