FC Midtjylland has geared up for Tuesday’s Champions League qualifier showdown with a 1-0 victory over Aalborg.
The Danish side picked up their first three points of the season after losing their opening fixture, thanks to a first-half strike from Brazilian Junior Brumado.

Last week, the two sides faced off in the first leg of the 2nd round Champions League qualifying tie.
The Hoops were unfortunate not to take home the victory last Wednesday but instead were left brewing over the missed opportunities and poor error for the Midtjylland goal.
This weekend has brought two very different results for both sides, with Celtic losing out 6-2 against West Ham at Parkhead yesterday. Granted, it was only a pre-season friendly.
Despite being the better of the two teams last week, there is no doubt that Celtic face a very tough task in taking on the Danish side away from home.
Ange Postecoglou will be hoping for a similar level of performance from his side, minus the several silly mistakes made in the game.
